1. Introduction

Images and media on this site are either:

• Licensed through my Unsplash subscription
• Created by me
• Used under appropriate Creative Commons licenses
• Properly licensed from other stock photo providers

3. DMCA Notice Requirements

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used here in a way that constitutes infringement, send a written notice that includes:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed

4. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Send notices to [email protected] with “DMCA Notice” in the subject line. I will investigate and take appropriate action under the DMCA.

5. Counter-Notification

If material was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe that was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice including:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the removed material and its previous location
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, of good-faith belief that it was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, phone number, and consent to federal district court jurisdiction

6. Repeat Infringers

I take copyright violations seriously and will act against repeat infringers, up to permanently blocking access to the site.

7. Fair Use

I respect fair-use principles. If you believe your use of copyrighted material is fair use, include an explanation in your counter-notification.
